Our kid’s off road electric buggy is a great ‘first time’ off road machine and the secret is in the simplicity as the buggy has two pedals, one for stop and one for go! 

Ideal for children of around six years plus (height dependant) not only is the buggy super quiet, but it's also very easy for first time off roaders to get to grips with.

Unlike petrol powered machines, this electric go kart motor hosts a brushless electric motor which is virtually silent, so even the grumpiest of neighbours can be kept happy with peace and quiet!

These karts feauture a superior battery capacity of 48v 20ah versus the much smaller battery of just 48v 12ah on other similar models in the UK. This will give riders longer run times and less hassle with regular charging! We are also able to supply additional batteries if required.

Assembly: Basic assembly required.

Warranty: This product is supplied with a 6 months return to base warranty.

Maintenance: All off-road vehicles such as these require frequent servicing + maintenance and common parts will sometimes require replacement. Please do not purchase this product unless you are willing to maintain the vehicle to a high standard.

These little go karts are the ideal starter buggy for small children. The fully automatic kart features an easily adjustable speed limiter with a three settings of slow, medium or fast! Once set, the speed 'limiter key' can be removed for safety.

Suitable for children in the region of 6-12 years old (approx).

The buggy has both front and rear suspension for better cornering and a more comfortable ride. The rear brake is operated by easily accessible pedal.

Unless selecting the 'Assembly & PDI' option, this product will be supplied in boxed (basic kit form) for home assembly.

Depending on work rate, the assembly will generally take 1-2 hours. All of the more difficult parts such as the electrics are already pre-assembled at the factory. The basic assembly required is comprised of the larger items such as the front wheel, handlebars and front shock absorber. 

Whilst generally described as basic assembly, for safety purposes we strongly recommend that the assembly and pre ride safety testing (also known as PDI) is carried out by an experienced mechanic / technician that is competent to work on motorcycles and carry out basic adjustments if needed.

 

Extremely Important – Full Nut and Bolt Check

 

 When assembling any new vehicle, and as a part of the vehicle’s ongoing basic maintenance, it is extremely important that a FULL nut & bolt check is carried out. A comprehensive nut & bolt check is crucial for ensuring the vehicle is safe to ride from the box, and for preventing potential mechanical failures caused by vibration during use.

Please DO NOT assume that all the nuts & bolts on the vehicle are adequately tightened.

We also strongly recommend that where a Nyloc type of nut is not present, please ensure that thread lock adhesive is applied to the nut. We use the ‘Loctite’ brand, with great success.

Working from the front to the back of the vehicle, it is extremely important that EVERY nut and bolt is checked for adequate tightness.

Please pay particular and close attention to the following parts (where relevant) on the vehicle –

 

• Wheel & axle nuts

• Brake caliper bolts

• Brake disc bolts

• Brake hose fixings

• Triple clamp bolts

• Handlebar clamp mounts

• Lever clamp bolts

• Pedal bolts

• Shock bolts

• Shock clamp bolts

• Steering stem fixings

• Tie rod (steering) arms

• Chain tensioners

• Sprocket

• Engine / motor mountings

• Exhaust mountings & manifolds

• Pedal mountings

• Swing arm bolts

• Suspension arm bolts

• Wheel spokes

• Throttle, clutch & choke cable fixings

 

Following these essential steps will not only ensure rider safety, but also the long-term longevity of your vehicle.
